The overnight experience with friends, colleagues — the quality of the dark, the quiet, the air, the absence of the city's ambient hum, sirens and more — does something to you while you sleep, so that when you wake up, the morning feels different. Earned. Accepted.
Be careful. The campfire singalongs and stories can send you deep into the evening. The birds start before you're ready for them. Was that last Hall & Oates song worth it? Yeah, probably.
Ruffwood overnight stays range from tent camping under a Bortle 4 sky, to glamping inside a restored 1820 schoolhouse or a 1950’s 18-wheeler reefer truck. Visitors are welcome to haul in your own RVs for dry doocking - we can comfortably fit 10-20 rigs depending on the their size. Fire pits are available with firewood provided by nightfall.

Pricing: Tent camping (only) starts at $50 per night per person, 10-person minimum, with use of bathrooms, charcoal and gas grills, fresh water, and firewood for evening fires.
